Competition: The Golden Ticket – A Hampshire Summer Festival Weekend

Promoters: Cedar Valley Glamping & Camping (cedarvalley.co.uk), The Dell Hampshire (thedellhampshire.co.uk), and Our Hampshire and Beyond (ourhampshire.com). These terms govern the competition running across the Instagram accounts @cedarvalleyhampshire, @thedellhampshire, and @ourhampshireandbeyond.

Eligibility

1. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
2. Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of Cedar Valley Glamping & Camping, The Dell Hampshire, and Our Hampshire and Beyond are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.

How to enter

4. To enter, participants must complete all three of the following steps during the competition period:

• • Follow all three Instagram accounts: @cedarvalleyhampshire, @thedellhampshire, and @ourhampshireandbeyond.
  • Share the competition post to their Instagram Stories.
  • Tag at least one person they would bring in the comments section of the competition post.

5. Only entries that complete all three steps will be considered valid.

6. Multiple comments tagging different people are permitted, but each individual entrant will receive only one entry into the prize draw regardless of the number of comments made.

7. The promoters reserve the right to verify all entries. Entries made using fake, automated, or secondary accounts will be disqualified.

Competition period

8. The competition opens at 6pm on Friday 8th May 2026 and closes at 23:59 on Sunday 17th May 2026.

9. Entries received outside this period will not be considered

Prize

10. One winner will receive the following prize package (referred to as “The Golden Ticket”):

• Two adult tickets and up to three children’s tickets to Dellfest at The Dell Hampshire.
• Two adult tickets and up to three children’s tickets to Country Music Night at The Dell Hampshire.
• Three nights’ camping at Cedar Valley Glamping & Camping on a standard camping pitch (Friday to Monday), for a family of up to five (two adults and up to three children).

11. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.

12. The prize is subject to availability. Event dates are fixed. If the winner is unable to attend on the specified dates, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected.

13. Travel to and from Cedar Valley and The Dell Hampshire is not included in the prize.

14. Any costs incurred beyond the stated prize, including but not limited to food, drink, and additional camping equipment, are the responsibility of the winner.

15. The specific dates of the prize are: Camping pitch 17^th – 20^th July, Dellfest 17^th & 18^th July, Country Night at The Dell 19^th July 2026.

Winner selection

16. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the competition closes.

17. The draw will take place on or around Monday 18th May 2026.

18. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message (DM) from @thedellhampshire account within 48 hours of the draw.

19. If the winner does not respond within five working days of notification, the promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

20. The winner’s first name and initial (e.g. “Sarah T., Hampshire”) may be published on the promoters’ social media accounts following the competition close.

Privacy and data

21. Personal data collected in connection with this competition will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and contacting the winner.

22. Data will be held by the promoters in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) and will not be shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to fulfil the prize.

23. For full privacy information, please refer to the respective privacy policies of the promoters.

General conditions

24. The promoters reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition or these terms at any time without prior notice, where circumstances outside their control make this necessary.

25. The promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entrant found to be acting in bad faith, using automated entry methods, or breaching these terms.

26. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

27. The promoters’ decisions in all matters relating to the competition are final.

28. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, participants release Instagram and Meta from any and all liability.

29. Nothing in these terms shall limit the promoters’ liability for death or personal injury arising from their own negligence.

30. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
